Prestigious restaurant L’Osier become first Akaito Artist

L’Osier Executive Chef, Olivier Chaignon, becomes Akaito Artist in support of SDG

Today, L’Osier Executive Chef Olivier Chaignon was interviewed and photographed to become the first Akaito Artist of 2022 in support of shared values and SDG.  Recipient of three Michelin stars for four consecutive years since Chef Chaignon took charge of the kitchen, L’Osier has also been awarded the Michelin Green Star for being at the forefront of the industry for sustainable practices.


Passionate about sustainable gastronomy for current and future generations, Chef Chaignon has found in Akaito a local producer that meets his supreme quality standards and shares his SDG philosophy …
