The law of this arbitration clause shall be Hong Kong law. The place of arbitration shall be Hong Kong. The number of arbitrators shall be three. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China (“Hong Kong”).
